Tatiana and Adam were married on Pyramid Island in Jasper National Park. This is one of the prettiest spots to get married in Jasper, and you can access it without a big hike - yay for accessibility in our National Parks! And for a weekday wedding or elopement venue in the Rocky Mountains that’s only 10 minutes from the Jasper townsite, it’s a much quieter spot than you’d expect. (holiday weekends at Pyramid can get hectic - be warned!)

These two were completely overjoyed to be getting married. You could feel the eager anticipation in the air. It was an emotional and sweet outdoor wedding ceremony, and the first raindrops softly beginning to fall during that first kiss was like something out of a movie!

We could hear the chorus of rain heading towards us across the lake as the ceremony ended, it was a surreally beautiful moment, hearing the rain, but not feeling it yet. (Don’t worry, we all stayed relatively dry during the 10 minute deluge in the picnic shelter nearby.

We watched the skies clear as we walked around Pyramid Lake, skipping through mud puddles giggling with glee. I love to take photos in Jasper. Tatiana and Adam’s wedding was a perfect and memorable little mountain elopement - I loved every second!
